Capcom has shared a lot about Resident Evil Village, but everything seen so far has been centered on the way the new game runs on PlayStation 5. Now, we have some new Resident Evil Village gameplay to feast those eyes on, this right time centering round the PS4 Pro.
The most recent look comes thanks to IGN even though the scenes themselves are nothing new, it’s the first-time we’ve seen anything on last-gen hardware. The good thing is that both versions don’t look terribly different, that is great considering so many still can’t get a PlayStation 5 because of shortages and scalpers. The truth that the PS4 Pro version looks identical to the PS5 version is an excellent thing. For all those which have a PlayStation 5 and wanted their time and energy to be special, the PS5 has features that previous generations don’t possess, including faster loading times, more intuitive haptic feedback, 3D audio, and much more.
We’ll be getting a lot more new talks about Resident Evil Village this month because Capcom has another showcase planned for the upcoming horror title. We have no idea the precise date of the showcase, in January only that certain is along the way following previous event held.
the January showcase
For all those that could have missed, it showed off extensive gameplay for Resident Evil Village, including more on the Merchant, the Big Tall Vampire Lady (Lady Dimitrescu), and heralded in a PS5-exclusive demo. For all those that couldn’t play the PS5 demo for just one reason or another, another early play period will arrive for last-gen players prior to the full launch of the overall game in-may sometime.
Concerning the game itself, Resident Evil Village arrives on, may 7 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC players.
