Halo Debuts New 'World Of Halo' Stop-Motion Video Series, Episode 1 Available Now

While we continue to wait for a Halo Infinite release date other than the anticipated November 2021 window, the team over at 343 Industries has a different sort of Master Chief-inspired project to share. Using the Jazwares action figure line, the stop-motion series called World of Halo just debuted its first episode. You can watch it below. Spoiler alert: it's pretty awesome. The Jazwares line is surprisingly detailed for being a mere four inches tall and seeing them in action in this format is kind of cool to see as a Halo fan myself. From a fight to death with the iconic energy sword to seeing some of the most recognizable enemies in the Halo-verse, the first episode of this series has us pretty jazzed to see what's next. Especially being a massive collector.  [embedded content] Master Chief's badassery, glowing energy swords, grunts screaming in panic - what more could you want? Other than a Halo Infinite gameplay trailer, but don't worry about that. 343 Industries has recently confirmed that a new gameplay reveal is coming this Summer to show off what the team has been working on since criticism hit about its next-gen graphics.  In other Halo news, 343 recently shared off a new screenshot from the main campaign, which you can see here, detailing the various PC-specific settings for resolution.     The Doubtful Guest: Kumail Nanjiani & Emily Gordon Writing Adaptation

    Kumail Nanjiani and Emily V. Gordon, the married couple whose real-life story inspired their hit film The Big Sick , are teaming around adapt the screenplay for The Doubtful Guest .

    In accordance with a written report from Variety, the film, that is in line with the illustrated book by the late Edward Gorey, has been produced by the formed Double Dream production company newly. Siblings Andy and Barbara Muschietti ( It , It: Chapter Two ) formed the business, with Andy set to Nanjiani and direct attached among the stars of the film.

    The Doubtful Guest tells the story of mysterious penguin-like creatures who arrive unannounced at a family’s home and cause only chaos. Gordon and Nanjiani will serve as executive producers for the film also, with Barbara and Andy Muschietti producing the film alongside Dani Bernfeld.

    Double Dreams production of The Doubtful Guest places another big film on the plate, because the company is focusing on some pretty big properties already. Currently, the production company is focusing on DC’s The Flash (which Andy Muschietti directing and Barbara producing), the Warner Bros. adaptation of the favorite Attack on Titan anime, and Universal’s upcoming Electric State .

    For Nanjiani and Gordon, the duo followed up their success with The Big Sick by executive producing the Apple TV+ series Little America . Nanjiani is defined to possess a busy schedule also, as he’ll be starring in Marvel’s Eternals , and also the upcoming Disney+ series Obi-Wan Kenobi . Gordon is writing the screenplay for Netflix’s comic book adaptation of chain and Ball.
