    The PS5 version of Assailant’s Creed Syndicate is finally being fixed.

    The PlayStation 5 is backwards compatible with a vast majority PlayStation 4 games, but, while most run even better on the stronger hardware, a handful of them are compromised on the newest machines. Assassin’s Creed Syndicate is arguably the largest game on that list, and since its release, the PS5 has experienced significant flickering problems. Ubisoft has formally announced that it will be fixing its visual flaws, even though it initially appeared that would always be the way for the 2015 game.

    The official Assassin’s Creed The announcement was made on Twitter, and it stated that update 1.53 will address the widespread flickering and will be released on February 23. At this time, no additional patch notes were provided, and it is unknown if they will also include a boost to 60 frames per second. The frame rate for both had formerly been increased by Ubisoft.
