    The Continental Trailer: Winston Tries to Take Down Mel Gibson in John Wick Prequel

    A brand new The Continental trailer for the upcoming series debut of Lionsgate &# 8217, s John Wick prequel has been released, featuring new action – packed footage. The three – part roll – off will be available for streaming on September 22 on Peacock and Starz in the U. S. and globally on Prime Video.

    The video shows Colin Woodell &# 8217, s young Winston as he gets introduced to the original manager of the titular hotel in the form of Mel Gibson &# 8217, s Cormac, who is trying to catch Winston &# 8217, s brother. It also features Winston assembling a squad that may help him take down Cormac.

    What to Expect in The Continental?

    &# 8220, Set 40 years before the events of the films, the upcoming prequel spin – off centers around a young man named Winston, who will one day grow up to be the character played by Ian McShane in the Wick movies, &# 8221, reads the synopsis. &# 8220, In the prequel set against the backdrop of 1970s New York, fans will find a young Winston as an up – and – coming hitman hotelier who, along with others, creates a haven for unsavory types. &# 8221,
